These terms govern use of the Home Pro Lead Recovery website and services offered by Cart Clean LLC.
Services
HomePro provides lead-response automation, configuration, consulting, and related support. Specific deliverables, timing, integrations, usage charges, and customer responsibilities are defined in the applicable order or written agreement.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, maintain authorized access to connected systems, review messages and workflows before launch, comply with applicable calling, texting, privacy, and marketing laws, and obtain any required consent from your contacts.
Messaging and third-party services
Delivery depends on carriers and third-party platforms and is not guaranteed. You are responsible for message and carrier usage charges. Third-party terms may also apply.
Fees and payment
Fees are due as stated in your order. Recurring service continues until cancelled under the applicable agreement. Taxes and usage-based charges are additional unless stated otherwise.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, revenue, delivery rates, or business results. Performance depends on lead quality, response practices, market conditions, third-party systems, and customer participation.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
We retain rights in our methods, templates, and software. You may use delivered configurations for your business but may not misuse the service, violate law, interfere with systems, or infringe third-party rights.
Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed amounts paid for the service giving rise to the claim, where permitted by law.
